Free to use, no sign-up. The work happens in your browser and your data stays there – with two exceptions you trigger yourself: the marketplace stores what you submit for sharing, and the shared situation picture stores what the command posts enter into it. Where it helps, the tools talk directly to the rescueTABLET missions API.

Scenario Generator
Builds complete exercise scenarios from templates: incident keyword, situation report, complications, learning objectives and matching injects. Hand it over to rescueTABLET as a live incident or straight into the Trainer Cockpit with one click.
Trainer Cockpit
A miniature control room for the exercise director: trigger the incident, run the exercise clock and feed injects (“person missing”, “water supply fails”, “breathing apparatus emergency”) into the running scenario as it unfolds.
Debriefing & Timeline
Pulls crew reports, actions and photos of an exercise back out of rescueTABLET and lays them out as a timeline with key figures. Add your assessment and learning points, then print it.
Scenario Marketplace
Browse exercise scenarios shared by other brigades and take them into your own library – or publish one of yours. Imported scenarios can be rewritten in the Scenario Generator to fit your own response area and your own fleet.
Rope Rescue Exercise Planner (DE)
Suggests exercises for a brigade with a basic rope rescue unit (ERHT) – derived from its own equipment, the training objects in its response area (hose tower, shaft, excavation pit, water reservoir …) and the qualification level of its crews. Feeds an annual plan, the individual exercise evening and the record.
Still being built and not released. A password prompt sits in front of the tool – access on request. The tool itself is in German only, as it follows German fire service regulations.
Tactics & calculation
Tactical Map Sketch
Draws the incident on the map: appliances, units and water supply points as tactical symbols, plus hose lines, cordons and sectors. Appliances can be pulled straight from a saved scenario.
Water Relay Calculator
Works out friction and elevation losses along a relay, tells you how many intermediate pumps you need and places them on the map – including the pressure profile and a section-by-section table.
Fire-Water Supply Check
Derives the fire-water demand of a development area and holds it against what the supply points within reach actually deliver – calculated per water main, so two hydrants on the same pipe are not counted twice. The result prints as a statement for the council.
Response-Time Coverage Map
Lays a grid over the municipal area and fetches the drive time to every cell from the fire station. The result: what share is reached within the response-time target, and where the gaps are. A second station can be placed to see what it would actually gain.
Foam Calculator
Works out water flow, induction rate and finished foam for surface fires, blanketing and filling a room — and above all how long the foam concentrate carried on the appliances will sustain the setup.

Exercise incidents straight onto the tablets
The Scenario Generator, Trainer Cockpit and Debriefing tools speak the rescueTABLET missions API: create incidents, call in additional appliances and send messages during the exercise, then pull crew reports, actions and photos back for the debrief.

Licence
Calculating, drawing and running exercises works without a licence. The key unlocks four things: the exercise record in the PDF with header data and signature block, the connection to rescueTABLET's missions API, publishing your own scenarios on the marketplace, and starting a Shared Situation Picture – joining an existing one and working in it stays free for every device. Your brigade enters it here once – it then applies across every tool in this browser. Without a key, server-side output comes out as a watermarked sample print.

Enter credentials once
API base URL, key and group ID are shared by the Scenario Generator, Trainer Cockpit and Debriefing tools. Entering them in any one of the three is enough.
Always mark exercises as such
Every incident created carries the keyword ÜBUNG
(exercise) and your configured exercise tag. Never trigger one without
the tag – it would look like a real turnout.
Data stays in your browser
Logs, assessments and credentials live only in this device’s
localStorage. Clearing your browser data deletes them –
export first.
